1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.thepathproject.co.uk and your booking of The Path Project programme. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
The Path Project is operated by [Your legal entity name and company number once registered].
2. Programme Booking and Payment
2.1 The standard investment for the Path Project two-day intensive is £950 per participant.
For the inaugural Path Project cohort at Clifton College, a limited number of places are available at a founding cohort rate of £695 per participant.
2.2 Bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian for participants under 18.
2.3 Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place.
2.4 Places are limited to 12 participants per programme and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.5 Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received written confirmation from us.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by you:
More than 60 days before the programme start date: Full refund minus £50 administration fee
30-60 days before: 50% refund
Less than 30 days before: No refund
All refund requests must be made in writing to info@thepathproject.co.uk
3.2 Cancellation by us:
We reserve the right to cancel the programme if minimum numbers are not met (at least 8 participants)
If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date
We are not liable for any travel, accommodation or other expenses you may have incurred
3.3 Transfers:
You may transfer your booking to another programme date subject to availability, with at least 30 days' notice and a £100 transfer fee
4. Participant Requirements
4.1 The programme is designed for pupils aged 17-18 (Year 12 and Year 13).
4.2 Participants must:
Attend both full days of the programme (Friday and Saturday)
Complete all pre-assigned psychometric assessments online at least two weeks before the programme start date
Failure to complete pre-programme assessments may result in your place being forfeited without refund
4.3 Parents/guardians must provide:
Emergency contact details
Disclosure of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or learning needs that coaches should be aware of
This information will be treated confidentially and used solely to ensure appropriate support during the programme
4.4 Participants are expected to:
Engage respectfully and constructively with coaches and fellow participants
Arrive on time each day
Participate fully in all activities and group discussions
Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information shared during sessions
4.5 Mobile phones should be switched off or on silent during sessions to maintain focus and respect for the group environment.
5. Photography, Filming and Marketing Consent
5.1 Photography and video recording may take place during the programme for marketing, promotional, and testimonial purposes.
5.2 As participants are under 18, parents/guardians must provide explicit written consent via our Media Release Form before the programme begins.
5.3 You may opt out of being photographed or filmed by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the programme start date.
5.4 If consent is given:
Images and video may be used on our website, social media, promotional materials, and future marketing
Participants may be asked to provide testimonials about their experience
We will only use first names in any public-facing materials unless additional consent is provided
5.5 We will make reasonable efforts to exclude participants who have not provided consent from group photographs and videos, though this cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
5.6 You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us in writing, though this will not affect materials already published.
5. Programme Content
5.1 We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme schedule, coaches, or content if necessary.
5.2 The programme provides personal development guidance and is not a substitute for professional careers counselling, educational advice, or psychological services.
5.3 Results and insights from psychometric assessments are provided for personal development purposes only.
6. Safeguarding and Conduct
6.1 All coaches are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding.
6.2 We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a risk to themselves or others, without refund.
6.3 Photography and filming may take place during the programme for marketing purposes. You will be asked to provide separate consent via a media release form.
7. Liability
7.1 We maintain appropriate public liability insurance.
7.2 We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury unless caused by our negligence.
7.3 Participants' personal belongings are their own responsibility.
7.4 We are not liable for any decisions participants make following the programme.
8. Data Protection
8.1 We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
8.2 We collect and store only the information necessary to deliver the programme and communicate with you.
8.3 We will not share your data with third parties except where necessary to deliver the programme (e.g., venue providers, coaches).
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All programme materials, including the Lumina Spark assessment, workbooks, and coaching content, remain our intellectual property.
9.2 Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.
10. General
10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this website.
10.3 If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
